The criteria for judging each casual furnishings category included: overall design, marketability, product innovation, color, construction and imaginative use of materials.

ICFA members, casted votes last week for the Lillian B. Winchester Best of Show Award, considered these same criteria as they reviewed the category winners and selected the one they believe deserved the top honor.

Voting for the Best of Show Award was open through Tuesday, Sept. 21, opening day of the Casual Market at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. The Best of Show winner was announced and the 11 category awards presented during the ICFA Awards reception, Wednesday, Sept. 22 at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago Ballroom, 112 S. Michigan Ave.

The first Sales Representative of the Year Award also will be presented along with the reintroduced Manufacturer of the Year Award at the reception for ICFA members and invited guests.
