Treasure Garden introduced Lotus shade design

Treasure GardenBALDWIN PARK, Calif. - For 2017, Treasure Garden announced the addition of its latest shade design, the Lotus. A unique shade solution, the Lotus is inspired by the flower from which it takes its name. The Lotus, when opened, has a unique and eye-catching canopy design. Through advanced engineering, when closed, the Lotus umbrella canopy retracts upward.

“Besides the stylish and flower-like look of the Lotus, the advanced closing functionality adds to the overall appeal of this new design,” said Candy Chase, national sales manager, Treasure Garden. “With the upward retraction, the Lotus allows for greater clearance above dining tables or lounging areas and ease of opening and closing even when furnishings are in use.”

The Lotus open and close design in conjunction with the popular Collar Tilt mechanics is slated to be a popular addition to the shade line for 2017. The octagon design includes a single wind vent, exterior ribs and carries a two year warranty. The Lotus is available in a black finish with hundreds of durable canopy fabric options from the full complement of Treasure Garden textile selections.

The new Lotus umbrella will debut along with Treasure Garden’s other 2017 introductions during the ICFA Preview and Casual Markets in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart #1655 and during the Las Vegas Market at C-1215, World Market Center.
