The semiannual market, which is the city's largest trade show, is expected to generate more than 21,000 room-nights and $42 million in economic impact for New York. The NYIGF begins on Saturday, Jan. 29 and runs through Thursday, Feb. 3, filling New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Passenger Ship Terminal Piers 92 and 94.
On Jan. 31, NYC & Company will host a welcome reception for organizers of NYIGF's 15 international government-sponsored contingents at its Official NYC Information Center at Seventh Avenue in midtown.
