WMC Las Vegas announces expansion of Design & Living at summer Market

More than 30 companies already committed to showcase

LAS VEGAS — World Market Center Las Vegas recently announced the expansion and relocation of its Design & Living show section at this year's summer Las Vegas Market.

The showcase, which is growing from its current location in Building B to the fully-dedicated fourth floor of Building C, will feature a fashion-focused furnishings including indoor and outdoor, home décor, home textiles and gift.

"Design & Living has grown and evolved since its inception, and this expansion provides new space to nurture future development," said Robert Maricich, president and CEO, World Market Center Las Vegas. "With the growth of the design sector at the recent market - 33% more designers over a year ago - along with a surge of new retailers in attendance, this design-centric floor showcases incredibly artful companies for buyers looking for truly unique resources."

Committed exhibitors in the Design & Living location at summer Market so far include Amano Modern, Asian Art Imports, Assouline, Authentic Models, Catania Silks, Couleur, Creative Threads, Davenport Home, Down Inc., Dust Furniture, Eangee, EcoSmart Fire, Elite Textiles, G. Romano Inc., Grass Co., Greenington LLC, Harbour Outdoor, Haute House Home Furnishings Inc., Journey Trading Co., Karma Living, Mastour Fine Rugs, Moda Dora Gift & Home Ltd, Mathews & Company, PolRey Furniture, Riado, Room Service, Saddlemans of Santa Fe, Satterfield's LLC, Trimland, Uniqwa Furniture, Vahallan Papers, Veritas, White Loft and Woven Workz.

The summer Las Vegas Market will be held Aug. 1-5. Permanent exhibitors will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; temporary exhibitors will be open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
