Mille Miglia outdoor LED collection pays homage to classic car race

Collection designed by Aldo Bernardi

INDIANAPOLIS - Italy's lighting designer Aldo Bernardi introduced the second installment of his 2017 outdoor offering. Mille Miglia, a collection of LED outdoor path lights and sconces, pays homage to the "Mille Miglia," a 1,000-mile classic car race in Northern Italy.

The Abarth two-in-one upward and downward LED outdoor sconce and the Chrysler LED bollard are inspired by the streamlined automotive machines in the Mille Miglia. They exhibit beautiful proportions and classic lines; the LED transformer is housed within. The Chrysler is available in one, two or three lights in three different heights, for installation on solid surfaces or in the ground. Available in aged brass and satin nickel finishes.

The Bugati and Isotta Fraschini sconces are also named after the exquisitely designed cars in this annual race. They exemplify the modern farmhouse design for which Bernardi is best known. Options include one and two light LED outdoor sconces or wall mounts; available in nickel and aged brass.
