Shady Lady closes

Casual Living Staff -- Casual Living, 7/15/2011 6:59:04 PM

After 28 years in the lighting and home furnishings industry, Shady Lady Lighting has closed its doors, citing tough economic conditions.

"It has been a great honor to have worked in this great industry," Shady Lady President and founder Susie Morter said. "We will miss the many retailers and many friends we have met along the way."

Andy Morter, vice president of merchandising, has taken a design position with Hubberton Forge Lighting.
