Design Excellence Awards nominees: Wrought

THE INTERNATIONAL CASUAL FURNISHINGS ASSOCIATION presents nearly 100 entries in the 2011 Design Excellence Awards competition. It's a great way for companies to showcase their products and share new designs with the industry, ICFA Executive Director Joe Logan said. Through the annual competition, ICFA seeks to recognize the outdoor furnishings industry's best in design.
     A panel of judges will select winners in each of the 11 categories on Aug. 31 in Chicago. The panel will include interior designers, exterior designers, retailers and journalists who will not know the manufacturer names of products under consideration. From the 11 category winners, ICFA members will select the Lillian B. Winchester Best of Show Award. The ICFA Awards Presentation will be hosted again this year in the ballroom of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 13.
     The Manufacturer of the Year will be named and the ICFA Sales Representative of the Year also will be presented at the event.
