FurnitureCore.com, a developer of Web applications and software for the furniture industry, has added a new graphics section to its market share reports for sales representatives.
Sales managers can access customized market share information 24 hours a day, with information specific to cities and references to sales data there. The reports can be e-mailed in Word documents to other sales reps.
"These reports translate a complicated spreadsheet of numbers into a visual of gains and losses in market share," Bob George, managing partner of Impact Consulting, which owns FurnitureCore, said in a press release. "It's convenient, reliable and affordable, but its most important function is that it is a highly effective management tool with the reps."
The new tool allows sales management to instantly see how each sales rep is performing in each city of their territory, according to the company.
Additionally, it identifies which companies in cities are doing business and in what categories so sales management and representatives can plan and understand those markets.
We would love your feedback!
