Libby Langdon returning to High Point for ASFD benefit
May 1, 2017,
ASFD will present “Evening with Libby Langdon” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. May 17 at the String & Splinter Club here.
“I’m really looking forward to coming back to High Point for this special evening,” Langdon said in a release. “My dad was in textiles, and my mom was in design, so the home furnishings industry has been in my blood from the beginning. I’m thrilled to be a part of the furniture business, and I look forward to sharing my experiences from my start in interior design, my move into product design and what I want to make happen next.”
Conrad, who said ASFD expects tickets to the event to sell out, added that Langdon has been “an ardent supporter of good design and design education, and this event promises to be a very entertaining presentation, appropriately set to coincide with Celebrate the Old North State week.”
The cost per ticket is $25 per person and includes wine, beer and hors d'oeuvres. For more information or to order tickets, visit http://bit.ly/ASFDLibbyLangdon. Dinner reservations at the String & Splinter Club will be accepted exclusively for presentation attendees for this dinner only. For dinner reservations, call (336) 882-8191.
