Paula Deen visits Greenville retailer

On May 10, more than 80 local designers, retail partners and employees gathered for a private dinner with Deen. Guests enjoyed a catered dinner with Low Country favorites like shrimp and grits. The event featured a sneak preview of her new whole home collection, Bungalow, which will begin shipping this summer.

“We are thrilled with our partnership with Universal,” said Jeff Lynch, president and CEO Mark Lynch. “Our success with Universal and Paula Deen Home continues to strengthen. Their ability to execute and support an event like this goes a long way with our brand and the community.”
The following day Deen returned to Jeff Lynch to greet the public and sign copies of her low-fat, healthy cookbook, “Paula Deen Cuts the Fat,” which contains 250 of her favorite recipes. Hundreds of fans gathered for the appearance and a chance to meet the author in person.
