Hot Spring Spas unveils improved website

Casual Living Staff -- Casual Living, 9/29/2011 9:23:03 AM

Hot Spring Spas, a leading brand of portable spas, introduces its easy-to-use website, hotspring.com.

The new website offers visitors a fresh look at Hot Spring spas with simple navigation guiding them to valuable information throughout the site. In addition, the website makes it easier for hot tub enthusiasts to interact with the Hot Spring Spa brand and experience the company's brand-promise, which is to provide "the absolute best hot tub ownership experience."

The result of in-depth customer research and analysis, hotspring.com visitors will now have the ability to review product information, read reviews written by Hot Spring spa owners and experience high-definition videos showcasing the innovations that make Hot Spring the preferred spa brand. The site also incorporates social sharing, with the ability to "like" Hot Spring on Facebook, "subscribe" to its video channel on YouTube, and "tweet" about the brand via Twitter.

"We are thrilled about what we've accomplished with the new hotspring.com," said Kacy Rivers, brand manager for Hot Spring Spas. "What sets the new website apart is our effort to include the voice of our customers. By embracing the customer experience and showcasing the relaxation, health and lifestyle benefit of hot tubs, we've delivered an extremely informative, socially connected resource that's a hit with our consumers."

The site delivers increased social interaction for Hot Spring hot tub enthusiasts. As a result of consumer research, the new website includes a product Ratings & Review platform, giving customers a public venue to share their hot tub ownership experience. Since the site went live, Hot Spring Spa models have achieved an average of 4.6 stars out of a 5.0 star rating scale.

Also new on the site, aspiring hot tubbers can see what it's like to own a Hot Spring spa by watching a series of informative, high-definition lifestyle and spa care-oriented videos. There's also an inspirational section that includes backyard planning tools such as a free, online 3-D deck design tool and photo showcase of hot tub installation ideas.

The new site lets shoppers easily locate information about their local Hot Spring dealer in a few simple mouse clicks - a convenience that takes the hassle out of searching for a retailer. The newly enhanced dealer locator tool also allows Hot Spring retailers the ability to differentiate from local competition by showcasing their businesses on the website.

Overall, the new HotSpring.com delivers an online experience that will inspire visitors and help facilitate the decision-making process for hot tub shoppers.

Hot Spring spas are made by Watkins Manufacturing, a division of Masco Corporation. With more than 700 independent dealers worldwide, Hot Spring Spas is available in all 50 states, Canada and more than 68 other countries. Hot Spring Spas provides customers with the highest level of quality, innovation, energy-efficiency and customer support.
