Acquisition brings more resources for investments in technology

Jeff Register, president of Twitchell Corporation, has announced the company's acquisition by Capital Partners of Greenwich, Conn., effective Tuesday, Nov. 22.

According to a press release from Twitchell, the acquisition is a positive move for the employees and the company that will result in a stronger organization and the ability to continue to make significant investments in technology.

Capital Partners brings additional resources and a long-term commitment that will fuel growth and improve Twitchell's abilities to serve its customers. The corporate transition will be seamless to its vendors and customers in the technical textiles and coatings industry.
