Woodard and Flower magazine to host Sips and Succulents event

Event takes place Sept 13 from 10 a.m – noon at Casual Market Chicago

COPPELL, Texas– Enjoy sparkling rosé while strolling Woodard’s garden of floral fantasies on Wednesday, September 13 from 10 a.m – noon in the Woodard showroom 1534 at the Chicago Merchandise Mart.

The company will introduce a new group of exclusive fabrics from Tempotest, and fabrics of florals will be featured on furniture in the Woodard entrance.

These breezy fabrics lend themselves to sartorial styling, too, as evidenced by display mannequins modeling dresses made from the Tempotest floral fabrics. These creations debuted on the runway fashion show at last September’s ICFA Awards Gala and are being provided to Woodard by Casual Living magazine.

No stroll in the garden is complete without plucking at least one reminder to take home. Flower magazine will be celebrating the new fabric line with a take-me table where guests can make wine cork magnets using locally grown succulents. Guests will also receive a copy of the latest issue of Flower.
