MicroD brings virtual reality to High Point Market

Company offering virtual reality experience in their booth

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – During the High Point Market, MicroD LLC is inviting manufacturers, retailers, and designers to try a live virtual reality session at MicroD’s second location in Plaza Suites, 1-515. MicroD brings virtual reality to High Point Market

This all-in-one 3D technology solution provides home furnishings manufacturers, retailers, and designers with comprehensive tools to make product visualization and design come to life in 3D forms.

The experience will be an introduction into how 3D visualization is transforming the way we shop, design, and interact with furniture.

Their technology, OmniVue 3D, combines spin 360 product viewing; multi-dimensional room planning; modular configuration for building pieces such as sectionals, wall units, and storage systems; as well as live-view virtual and augmented reality engagement. Each of these 3D technologies works in tandem to blend the digital and physical environments to promote shopper engagement and purchasing.

“MicroD has always been an industry leader when it comes to online product visualization,” says Manoj Nigam, CEO and president of MicroD. “In keeping up with today’s consumer expectations for an inspiring online experience while furniture shopping, we have made significant investments in the development and effective implementation of 3D and virtual technologies.”
