HIGH POINT, N.C. — The upcoming inaugural Casual Living Conference, to be held Feb. 22-24 at the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota, Fla., has announced the honorees of its first awards ceremony that pays tribute to those that take their company and the industry as a whole to a new level through creativity, innovation, and decisive and bold actions. Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, manufacturer of its Sunbrella brand of outdoor fabrics, will be honored as Supplier of the Year, and Leader's Casual Furniture, the Florida-based, 19-store retailer will be recognized as the Retailer of the Year.
The event's agenda, titled "The Sky's the Limit," includes keynote speaker Bob Davies of High Performance Training, Inc. Sphere Trending founder and CEO Maxine Lauer will tackle the topics of life-stage demographics and the changing consumer. Financial analyst Jerry Epperson of Mann, Armistead & Epperson will share the latest industry facts and figures, and Tiffany Vasilchik of Material ConneXion will offer an insider's view of one of the world's largest collections of advanced, innovative and sustainable materials.
