Trans-Ocean expands executive team

Names new VP of business development

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Home Furnishings manufacturer Trans-Ocean announces the appointment of Stephen Hoberman to the newly created position of vice president of business development.

In his new role, Hoberman will be responsible for development of major partnerships, with both key suppliers and customers.  The move comes as Trans-Ocean continues to expand their line of Liora Manne designed rugs, mats and pillows.

Hoberman began his career at Trans-Ocean 15 years ago and returns after serving at several executive positions within the industry, most recently as the vice president of sales at Momeni, a position he held for the past three years.

“Stephen has spent the last decade as a respected leader in the industry and we are pleased to welcome him back to where he started,” says Charles Peck, president, Trans-Ocean.
