Summer Classics becomes ASID Industry Partner

Founded in 1975, the American Society of Interior Designers is the oldest, largest and leading professional organization for interior designers. ASID is a community of people driven by a common love for design. Through education, knowledge sharing, advocacy, community building and outreach, the Society strives to advance the interior design profession.

Summer Classics is appreciative of the support and hard work interior designers provide for the indoor and outdoor furniture industries, and the company is honored to have this opportunity to partner with and give back to them.

With more than 30,000 members including interior designers, students, educators and industry representatives the nonprofit organization is committed to the belief that interior design can positively change people's lives. The organization has local chapters throughout the country with frequent meetings, and opportunities to learn more about interior design and meet other designers.

As part of the membership, all three companies will be featured in ASID Icon, the organization's quarterly magazine, and on the ASID product finder online. Summer Classics, Summer Classics Stores and Gabby will be sending out a postcard with exclusive offers for ASID members. Sales representatives and store managers from the companies will also be at local chapter meetings.

For more than 30 years, Summer Classics has been creating high-quality outdoor furnishings. Summer Classics Stores began in 1998 in Pelham, Ala. Today, there are four licensee stores, and seven retail stores in the United States. Each store offers a variety of indoor and outdoor accessories in addition to Summer Classics' luxurious outdoor furniture.
