Pelican Reef expands Panama Jack

Pelican Reef Wicker, the exclusive outdoor licensee for Panama Jack, is introducing three new collections. The St. Barth's, Fire Pits, and Adirondack collections will all debut in July at the Chicago ICFA Preview in showroom 15-112 in the Merchandise Mart and also at the Las Vegas World Market showroom July 30-Aug.8 located at C-0405-7.
"The Panama Jack brand name has made the new outdoor furniture collections so successful to indoor and outdoor furniture retailers" said Mayleen Chadwick, VP of sales, who helped develop many of the collections. The casual styles and price points are targeted to the younger generation of consumers, and the value oriented collection allows the furniture retailer to compete with mass merchant suppliers in their territories.
"The Panama Jack brand has been well received during the past six months with outdoor furniture retailers across North America and these new collections will help complete the lineup with a strong variety that has been set at aggressive retail price points" said Allen Calzadilla, president of Pelican Reef. The St. Barth's collection is made of extruded, powder coated aluminum frames then woven with a thick brown pine fiber. It's a complete collection with a 6 piece sectional that retails for $1999 that is stocked for quick shipment out of the warehouse and overseas. Signature pieces include stackable chairs, chaise lounges, bar stools, and an entire lineup of woven tables in popular sizes.
