SOUTH FLORIDA - Sun Fabrics has announced the launch of Sun Solids, a new line of outdoor performance fabrics.
Ideal for awning, umbrellas and outdoor furniture, the Sun Solids collection was designed to outperform in extreme outdoor environments while maintaining absolute color and structural integrity.
The Sun Solids collection provides advanced solar protection, blocking 99% of UV rays and has a UPF 50+ rating, according to a company news release. The fabrics also comply with strict International Building Code and National Fire Protection Agency requirements for flame resistance. They are resistant to mold and mildew so the fabric and color won't degrade over time or through exposure to the elements.
The collection features a range of vibrant colors including bright white, orange, caribbean blue and sunflower yellow, as well as standard colors like navy, wine, red, black and terra cotta.
