SARASOTA, Fla. —
The new Hampton marine grade polymer collection, shown in sling and padded sling.
For Windward Design Group, an American manufacturer of outdoor furniture and replacement cushions, the 2012 International Casual Furniture and Accessories Market began with a bang and stayed steady throughout the remainder of the show, according to a company press release.
"I think that it is pretty safe to say that this was by far our best show to date," Windward President David Peace said.
Windward welcomed market attendees to its 3,000-sq.-ft. temporary showroom, where they were introduced to an all new extruded aluminum collection, two new marine grade polymer collections and two new wicker collections.
Marine grade polymer and wicker are two new materials for Windward Design Group.
"The new products that we introduced this year were all based on what customers have asked us to add to our product offering," said Marc Morales, VP of business development at Windward Design Group. "I'd say that based on the response we received during the market, we were successful in meeting their needs, and did so with a price point at or below what they expected."
We would love your feedback!
