Sun Fabrics signs new distribution and sales agreements

SOUTH FLORIDA - Outdoor fabrics manufacturer Sun Fabrics announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Innovative Industrial Solutions of Boynton Beach, Fla., and sales agreements with Pinnacle Sales of Birmingham, Ala. and Morgan Associates of Portland, Ore.

Pinnacle Sales and Morgan Associates will market the full range of Sun Fabrics' outdoor and awning fabrics across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

According to a company release, Sun Fabrics block 99% of UV rays, have a UPF 50+ rating, are inherently flame, mold and mildew resistant and will not degrade over time or through exposure to the elements.

"We are excited to be partnering with these industry-leading organizations to expand our channel to market," said JT Morelli, VP of sales for Sun Fabrics. "These companies have decades of experience delivering products to the tent, awning, marine, upholstery, banner and industrial markets, and will successfully market the unmatched performance attributes of the Sun Fabrics collection while delivering first-rate customer service."

Innovative Industrial Solutions will be distributing Sun Fabrics products from their three distribution centers in Texas, Georgia and South Florida. The company will reach most U.S. states, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean islands in a two to three day delivery time.

Pinnacle Sales will cover New Mexico over to North Carolina and down to Florida.
