Retail Makeover University online offering pre-Christmas retail coaching

Retail business coach Barbara Crowhurst will deliver a "Pre-Christmas Retail Coaching Power Hour" class through Retail Makeover University online live via Skype beginning next week.

According to a release, the course emphasizes going back to basics and increasing sales during the 2012 holiday season. Crowhurst will cover last minute tips on increasing traffic, increasing conversion rates, increasing the average sale, how to close more sales and important staff training tips.

"She guarantees that you will be able to take the easy to follow tips into your business immediately after the power hour on increasing Christmas Sales," the release states.

Limited space is available for the following sessions:

• 8-9 a.m. EST Tuesday, Nov. 13
• 7-8 p.m. EST Thursday, Nov. 15
• 8-9 a.m. EST Tuesday, Nov. 20
• 7-8 p.m. EST Thursday, Nov. 22
