Studio M launches line of art-driven coasters

Casual Living Staff -- Casual Living, 12/7/2012 3:35:10 PM

Studio MST. LOUIS -- Studio M, the new artful home and garden division of Magnet Works, announced it will launch DrinkBlots art coasters, a new program that features licensed artwork from a wide variety of artists. DrinkBlots come in unique packages of 24 absorbent paper coasters in a convenient, notepad-inspired deck.

The coasters are reusable, recyclable and made in the USA. But according to Curt Todd, CEO at Magnet Works, "the coolest part is that every coaster in every deck features an entirely different design from the rest. Each artist's deck includes 24 different coasters with unique images from their portfolio. This makes DrinkBlots both fun and functional."

"The DrinkBlots project has really expanded our artist community," said Sue Todd, president and art director. "The coasters feature some of our favorite Magnet Works artists, but also many incredible artists we're working with for the first time. With DrinkBlots, we're able to offer a wide range of looks from funky and cool to peaceful and serene."

DrinkBlots are a part of the new Studio M division at Magnet Works, which includes four other artist-driven collections that will debut at market this winter. For sneak previews of Studio M, visit www.magnetworks.com/studio-m.
