Palm Springs Rattan to debut 2013 collections in High Point

The Bora Bora seating group including love seat, lounge chair, coffee and end tables.LARGO, Fla. - Indoor and outdoor furniture manufacturer Palm Springs Rattan will debut its latest introductions for indoor and outdoor living in its High Point showroom, Showplace 1539, during the upcoming spring market, April 20-25.

Attendees will get a first-hand look at four new collections, including all-weather outdoor wicker as well as fresh interior casual furnishings. Numerous additions to current collections also will be introduced encompassing seating, table top designs, accessory lines and new colorations and finishes.

The depth of 2013 introductions is the result of Palm Springs Rattan's desire to "take a lead in capturing the mood and trends within the casual home furnishings category," according to a press release.

"We have made a commitment to not only offer a complete solution for casual décor, but at the same time be responsive to trends and requests being made by our retail partners," said Tami Newton, sales manager for Palm Springs Rattan. "Year after year, our retailers look to us as a single source for interior and exterior casual products and we are happy to respond with a deep offering as this show will represent."

The Coquina Key seating group including sofa, love seat, lounge chair and coffee and side table.For the outdoor category, Palm Springs Rattan will debut the Bora Bora and Coquina Key collections. Each includes seating as well as dining pieces. The design style for Bora Bora is more contemporary without taking away any comfort features standard in Palm Spring's collections. Coquina Key delivers a fresh, open, all-weather weave available in driftwood and white sand frame colorations. Each collection is constructed of all-aluminum, fully welded frames with polyethylene wicker. In current popular outdoor collections, Empire, Cay Sal and Kokomo, new additions will debut as well as new designs and color selections in table tops, accessories and umbrellas.

Palm Springs Rattan's new indoor collections for 2013 include Andros and Panama. Andros boasts a cottage look and includes seating, dining and occasional pieces. Panama incorporates wood tops across the entire collection that includes seating and dining. Previous interior introduction Bimini will debut new pieces, and the popular Coastal Cottage will feature a new java finish as well as an addition of fully upholstered headboards stocked in twin and queen.
