Surya launching new vignette display system for summer markets

CALHOUN, Ga. - Home accessories brand Surya announced it will unveil a new vignette display system during the summer markets that the company says is proven to increase rug sales by up to four times.
Surya Complements provides retailers with a space-conscious way to showcase rugs from the company's vast selection of styles and constructions in the context of a complete room display. The floor handle holds up to six 18"x18" rug swatches that complement the style and color palette of other items in a vignette. The display will make its official debut during the upcoming Atlanta and Las Vegas markets.
Building upon the brand's popular 18-inch display programs and designed to maximize ROI on vignettes, this merchandising tool creates "an immediate opportunity for the sales associate to engage consumers in an accessory discussion at the key point of upholstery purchase," according to a company press release. "With this easy-to-use display, consumers are given instant access to up to six complementary rug designs, increasing the likelihood of an incremental sale."
The display is available to retailers in four distinct configurations based on the key factors that consumers shop by: color, pattern, price and upholstery.

Surya is showing at the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, July 10-17, in Building 1, Suite 11-A-1, and at the Las Vegas Market, July 29-Aug. 2, in its new showroom, C-400.
