TAKE A LEAP!!!!!
Take A Leap!!
Today is Leap Day; it is an extra day this year that we can use in a positive way. This day is added to the calendar every four years, at the end of February, in which the year is divisible by the #4, as a corrective measure, to keep the calendar in alignment because the earth does not orbit around the sun in precisely 365 days.
So you may be asking what can you do with this extra day? Well the first thing that comes to mind for me, is that we now have an additional day to attract and entice consumers to the concept of Outdoor Living!
Outdoor Lifestyle can mean many different things to different people. It can be a backyard that resembles a vacation getaway, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor room equipped with a fire pit, fire place or fire feature, a pool complete with slides and waterfalls, a spa with a multi colored light show, a bar with a flat screen TV or an alfresco dining room.
No matter what the term Outdoor living means to you or your customer, you now have an extra day to help them discover the answer. If today, Friday, February 29th has passed you by and you have not given a passing thought to the fact that you have an extra day this 2008 don’t worry, you still have time.
Use this time to ask the questions, “Who are your customers?”, “What are their needs?”, “What type of outdoor living do they want to create?” and “How can you help give them the fresh new look that they are envisioning?”
Once you have done your research and asked and answered these questions then you can begin to understand how to market to the people who are your consumers.
Take advantage of Leap Day… Take A Leap…
