When you are visiting the showrooms at the Casual Furniture Pre-Market in Chicago this week be mindful of the quality of the products that you are seeing. It is so important to differentiate between quality merchandise and merchandise that is just produced for a particular price point.

Quality, craftsmanship, materials and relationships are all very important when looking at casual furniture and accessories. One goes hand in hand with the other. If you have good quality but lack in customer service then you should find another source of fine quality that is presented by a reputable company who provides superior customer service.

Price

If the price of a product seems high, then take the time to examine the craftsmanship that went into the product. If the materials and craftsmanship were all first class then you would assume that the price would reflect these attributes.

Craftsmanship

If you are a specialty casual furniture retailer you must show your customer that you stand for high quality, specialty casual furniture products that are exceptionally crafted from the best materials and you support these products with excellent customer service that is also provided to you by your vendors.

Buy the Best

Make a statement and stand apart from the big box stores and discount stores that are trying to gain their customers through price points. There is a definite difference in the quality and craftsmanship of the products that they sell. Use this to your advantage and buy the best.
