Wood Burning Ovens Warm You This Holiday Season

This is the time of the year when family, friends and business assoicates get togethet to celebrate the holidays. Have you ever noticed how people tend to congregate in the kitchen for a period of time during the festive occasions? In my home my guests and I usually start out in the kitchen and move from room to room as the evening progresses. The family room, living room, dining room and outdoor rooms all receive equal attention, however, I do believe that the kitchen somehow seems to have the most amount of people congregating together. For this reason, having an outdoor kitchen in your outdoor living space is a terrific idea. One of my favorite features is the brick oven. Everyone loves pizza and if you haven’t had the opportunity to taste a brick oven pizza then you are missing out. They are some of the best and certainly my favorite. They remind me of the pizza in Tuscany and Umbria, Italy.
