Retailers Can Help Owners of Small Patios, Reflect Their Personal Style
Casual retail stores can assist owners of small patios to reflect their style in color, fabric, furniture and design choices. If their patio looks like this photo above there is hope. In one neighborhood take a look at the diverse choices homeowners are making while purchasing and designing their patios. From white, blue, red, black, green, brown and tan, colors are everywhere.
A Green Sunbrella Canvas umbrella & floral patterns on wrought iron dining chair cushions exhibit one homeowners selection.
Even plastic white patio furniture can be embellished with blue batterbed outdoor fabric cushions and blue tabletop accessories as in the patio photo above.
Here the homeowner chose Sunbrella fabric to match the green trim on the exterior of the home. The furniture selection is in chocolate brown all weather synthetic wicker.
Another family displays an all black all-weather synthetic wicker dining set with red and white accents.
Striped cushions accent this seating area on a hardwood deck.
Tan, Black, White and Lime Green accentuate this small patio on red brick.
Here the homeowner is calling out the red color in the brick with the seat cushions and umbrella, while paying attention to the white windows with the selection of white synthetic wicker furniture.
This front door leads right into a lovely deep seating outdoor living space designed in white and tan, like the color of sand.
Once again the red brick is coordinated with these red outdoor chairs.
Spa blue and green is represented on this tranquil setting on the front porch.
Red and Black with Yellow sunflowers embellish this traditional home.
The flowers in this homeowners garden are colorful enough for so they chose white outdoor furniture.
As you can see everyones choices vary quite a bit. Most people take into consideration the style of the home, and the exterior colors. My suggestion is to get familiar with the different neighborhoods surrounding your store so you can help your customers make an educated decision.
