Dress Up Your Outside Room for Halloween

October 27, 2008

is the occasion to let your imagination go wild.  From spooky to mischievous to totally stylish, there are infinite & amusing ideas to spruce up your Outdoor Room and to implement your designs.

This is a wonderful time to express your individuality whether you decorate in a ghoulish style or fashionable approach to this scary holiday. One technique is to drape your outdoor furniture in black, then strategically place skeletons in relaxing positions on your sofas and club chairs. Scatter carved jack-o’-lanterns, pumpkins and gourds around the yard. Add the final touch of a multitude of candles for a spooky Halloween glow.

If you simply want to call out this season with color and no ghastly and gruesome accessories then add a warm orange / brown chenille blanket to your outdoor seating and splash a bit more color on the furniture with the addition of a few decorative pillows in shades of orange. Use natural elements such as pumpkins, gourds, squashes and seasonal flowers and fruit to create decorative arrangements on coffee and dining tables.

Turn up the outdoor speakers with spooky music and scatter creepy spiders on top of the furniture. Include cobwebs around the yard and you are ready to enjoy the haunts of Halloween.

These simple thoughts apply to your showroom too, create a fun filled scary setting that your customers will not expect but take pleasure in just the same.
