After a few years of research, the Irvine Company has developed a smaller footprint for new homes, this new design feels larger due to the combination great room. The company is using more glass on the back walls to open seamlessly to allow the outside - in, as well as, a California room, that opens to the outside through a covered indoor - outdoor room, to allow the inside - out.

This is great news for the casual furniture industry, for when a company as large as the Irvine Company realizes the importance of the outside room, it is likely that more and more companies will follow along.

Now is the time to reach out and connect with these large real estate companies to partner together on furnishing the outdoor room.
