The products are supported with a 15 year residential and 5 year commercial warranty. In 2010 a new manufacturing facility was completed encompassing 500,000 square feet and is dedicated to supporting their customers of independent and specialty retailers.
Gensun not only manufactures custom orders for its customers but warehouses all of the top selling products for delivery in 10 days or less during the selling season. In addition, cushions can be custom ordered in 281 fabrics all year with shipment from their Ontario, CA warehouse in 3 weeks or less.
