History
Wadley Holdings, LLC proudly purchased the bankrupt assets of the Meadowcraft company in September of 2009. They appreciated the long history of the Meadowcraft brand with attention to detail and commitment to providing a quality product with extreme value. Wadley Holdings, LLC wanted to continue this proud reputation of Meadowcraft. 2010 was our fi rst year and we were very proud of the results. Wadley Holdings, LLC was able to regain many of the Specialty and Commercial dealers around the country that carried the Meadowcraft brand. In 2011 we are extremely excited about the volume of our early buy business from the Specialty division as well as the commitments from our Commercial and Mass partners.
We are very proud that our product is built in the USA. We feel this is a huge asset of Wadley Holdings, LLC, not only for our company but for our country. We are creating jobs in America. As our world continues to change, we see the market changing with many of the offshore producers of furniture and believe there is a real value for companies to return to built-in-America product.
How do you differentiate yourself from the competition?
Hard work. When we re-started the Meadowcraft brand in 2009 our employees understood the challenge we had in front of us to return to the founding principles and values of the Meadowcraft brand. They understood there would be long hours and many hurdles; but they choose to be here. They believe in our company and they believe we offer some of the fi nest wrought iron furniture, at the best value, in the world.
